Admission To Junior School

Carissa Hills International Schools in line with its dedication in providing quality education follows the curriculum outlined by the National Educational Research and Development Council (NERDC). The NERDC typically outlines the broad framework for early childhood education, including subjects and activities appropriate for Kindergarten (KG) 1-3, it stipulates that the age group for the aforementioned classes range from; 3-4 for KG1, 4-5 for KG2, and 5-6 for KG3.

At Carissa Hills International School, subjects taught at this level include the following; English Language, Mathematics, Basic Science, Basic Technology, Physical and Health Education, Creative Arts, Social Studies, and Religious and Moral Education.

STEP 1

Make a Payment of ….. Amount into the Schools Account system, make a copy of the Teller and submit original to the Schools Admission Board, please endeavor to keep a scanned copy in addition to the photocopy for upload into the schools system while filling out the admission form.

STEP 2

Complete an on-line admission form @ www.carissahillsinternationalschools.sch.ng and submit the following documents
Photocopy of original birth certificate.
• Photocopy of international passport (if available)
• Two (2) recent passport photographs.

STEP 3

Decide when convenient to take the assessment and inform the school.

STEP 4

A brief interview of about 30mins conducted by the Head of School with the candidate and parents in attendance (where possible) is part of our initial assessment process.

STEP 5

An offer of provisional admission is made to a successful candidate pending the payment of the acceptance / tuition fees.

STEP 6

The acceptance / tuition fees has to be paid by the date indicated on the admission/offer letter in order to secure or guarantee a place at Carissa Hills International School.
